To enroll your child, you must complete an Application in full, including read and sign the Policy and Tuition Agreement, and pay a non-refundable Yearly Registration Fee of $125.00.
If you would like to begin enrollment in September (our program is year round, beginning September - August), Open Enrollment begins in March.
If you would like to acclimate your child and begin enrollment July 1st for our fun-filled educational Summer Montessori program, please contact Ms. Carrie for available space and see our link above "Summer Program" for the summer calendar.
We do enroll children throughout the year as space allows. If you are interested in beginning enrollment sometime other than September, please note we will accept your Application and Registration Fee one month prior to your preferred enrollment date. Due to limited space in our classrooms, CELC cannot save your child's space more than one month in advance.
The following items must be submitted to CELC prior to or on your child’s first day of school:
Application, Tuition and Policy Agreement (signed by BOTH Parents/Guardians)
Health Inventory Form (signed by Parent/Guardian & Physician)
Blood-Lead Testing Certificate (signed by Parent/Guardian & Physician)
Immunization Certificate (signed by Physician)
Emergency Notification Card (signed by Parent/Guardian)
Picture Permission (signed by Parent/Guardian)
Parent Handbook Acknowledgement Form (signed by BOTH Parents/Guardians)
Change of Clothing (labeled with your child’s name)
All children regardless of race, color, creed, religion and national or ethnic origin are eligible for enrollment in Coastal Early Learning Center.
